We currently only deliver within the UK and use Royal Mail to get your parcel to you as quick as we can. At present, please allow 3-5 working days from the time your order is placed.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please bear in mind that all of our products are handmade and completely natural and therefore can vary slightly in colour and appearance from one batch to another. However, this does not hinder the effectiveness of the product.

 

Due to the type of product we sell, we currently only offer exchanges and store credit. Full refunds will be granted in exceptional circumstances. We are more than happy to send you a new product in the unlikely event that your purchase arrived damaged or appears to have anything wrong with it. Within 14 days of your product arriving, please email info@cacticosmetics.com with the subject 'I'm Unhappy' and an explanation of why you aren't satisfied and we'll do our very best to ensure your experience with CACTI products is a happy one.
